<REMOVED>I ordered some Headphones from this seller on August 1st 2014 and I'm still waiting for them to arrive. I have tried sorting this issue out but all I get is the seller wasting my time saying take a refund and then rebuy the item. I assume this is more about Positive Feedback than anything else. As I paid using PayPal, I have lodged this with them but the only outcome would be to accept a refund when I want the items I have paid for. EBay say they will look at this issue but as it's with PayPal, there is not much they can do. Surely EBay can do some checking and do something about this dubious activity that I'm sure would be illegal in Australia and dealt with by the Department of Fair Trading. Come on EBay, get serious with these rip off sellers...
