What is a good way to annotate ("sticky-note") my Watch list with comments to myself?

Folks at Ebay: this might be a good feature to add to the Watch List and Wish List, if it is not already there.

You might try looking at the top of your lists, first button on the left is clearly labelled Add Note.  It has always been there.
