Sometimes things don't arrive by the time specified by the seller, I have contacted them numerous times to say my purchases have not yet arrived and they always ask to give it more time, they state that if the items havent arrived in a further week or two to contact them and they will refund or send replacement. The trouble I am having is that in the meantime ebay remove all trace of the items and I have no way of collecting a refund or ensuring that a replacement is sent or even being able to leave feedback of any kind. Trying to get hold of someone on ebay is impossible as well. What am I supposed to do in these situations?
The estimated delivery dates are'nt specified by the seller. those dates are invented and inserted by ebay. Very rarely do the reflect real life
That said, if these sellers are in China and give you 'give it more time' constantly, report the item as not received
Do not let these sellers string you along for mre than the 30 days
If ebay themselves have remove the listed altogether, it is basically null and void
