One rule in particular: Item Location
The Hong Kong/China Market have snubbed their noses at the eBay fraternity.
Their identities are established in their home countries, addresses in there home
countries and items posted from their home countries.
Yet Ebay continues to allow them to list item locations in the incorrect countries,
generally the country listing appears.
Multitudes of complaints, and negative feedbacks do nothing because of ratios.
i.e the ratio of complaints to total sales.
