So my item not received case got transferred to item not as described after I rang Ebay. Tick.
So I emailed the seller to politely let her know why ie item is 9ct not the 22ct advertised. Ebay said they would step in today if seller hasnt responded (not a peep have I heard) BUT the item has disappeared off my purchase history. I found it via my messages but why has this happened? how is the buyer supposed to find out what is happening and respond if they can't see it in their purchase history?
After 60 days they auto archive.
Select purchase history and change from 60 days to 2015.
If it's not there then eBay may have removed it and look in resolution centre.
