@cathford,
As has been posted here by the other responders, you need to follow this up with the seller.
If you should have received six items, but only received five, inform the seller.
If the seller does not resolve the issue within 30 days of your having received the initial 5 items, and you need to open a request for a refund in respect of the one item you have not received, bear in mind that you must open a SNAD/INAD (significantly not as described / item not as described) request rather than an INR (item not received) request. It may seem counter-intuitive, but that's the way to handle a refund request under eBay's Money Back Guarantee if one item out of several items did not arrive.
Don't leave it any longer than 30 days from the day of delivery of the items (or the latest estimated delivery date if the parcel was not tracked). If you leave it even 1 second longer than that, you will be out of time under eBay's MBG timeframe.
That is something you would need to ask the seller
Or the delivery person as the case may be
There is no way for other members who have nothing to do with the transaction to know/guess
Were all six supposed to be in the same package?
(Was it a 'set' of six, or did you buy individually?)
Or is there one package missing from the delivery itself?
Hi, was there a delivery not of sorts with your order? Just contact seller and state that you've only received 5 out of 6. Also keep any packing materials for now if you need to photograph the evidence.
