Why can't ebay make it so that once you have paid for your item the seller MUST provide your feedback.

I am so sick of paying immediately, but having to wait until after I have left feedback as the buyer before the seller bothers to leave my feedback.......or they don't leave it at all and I have to chase them down to do it.
If I have the decency to pay immediately. Then ebay should have then leave immediate feedback ....... afterall my side of the transaction is Complete.
