Why does eBay condone the actions of sellers selling fake SDHC cards and other memory products, the internet is full of these devices that goes back many years. If eBay was an honest ethical business this could be stopped overnight, but no action will ever be taken as I am now convinced that eBay is not I repeat NOT AN ETHICAL BUSINESS.

Please do the right thing by your buyers.

As a test case I have bought 3 of these cards and all failed the H2Testw and each seller wanted me to return them, why, to resell them again so that eBay gets double sellers fee.

What a scam.

There is little I can do apart from reporting eBay and the sellers to ACORN, Aus Police, Local Police, Office of Fair Trading maybe someone will sit up and do something about these scams.
