Hi there . The ebay initiated Global Shipping Program has almost totally destroyed my buying from USA sellers . It not only adds another layer of middle man that inflates shipping rates , but also applies ridiculous restrictions on shipping of kitchen knives . I can only hope that USA sellers give options that exclude Global Shipping .
