Why it is not compulsory for an seller to refund the return postage if he delivered a faulty item?
ebay ask for a tracking number for a returned item, which cost around AU$5. But the seller of this faulty item never refunded the postage. I am just tired chasing that, but still why i am not getting the postage automaticly, because the item was faulty. Do I have to whinge after every single cent?
