What you could do is utilise the eBay Money Back Guarantee and open a Not As Described case.
Why would you buy from a seller with such poor feedback?
Why are you allowing the seller to mess with you?
You have the tools to do something about it, use them
Better yet, don't buy from dodgy sellers with feedback in the gutter in the first place
