I received the wrong size item. The seller asked me to send a photo showing the tag size. I did this but haven't heard anything back. What can I do.

if you open a PayPal dispute for Item Not as Described, you'll be required to return by trackable means to the seller at your own expense.

you can pull the sellers Contact Details and phone her, sometimes a phone call is easier than an email.
