abusive response from vendor. Can this be registered?

Recently purchased a defective item and outlined problems with my feedback. PayPal swiftly recompensed me for purchase price but vendor insisted I change my feedback about the product. I did say that the vendor was dealing with this professionally, but in all honesty I could not upgrade their product as it did not work properly. Now I receive a message saying “ you are liar “ and my details will be blacklisted. 

My question is... does eBay have any method of dealing with abusive people like this?

It is a little like a mugger saying, "I'm blacklisting you! It'll be a cold day in hell before I or any of my associates mug you again!"
