Hi, I have just brought an item worth hundreds of dollars and the item is nothing at all like described. It is a playstation that is not brand new which was specified, it has no warranty even though one was specified and has been tampered with and has many games that do not work. The buyer is telling me only an exchange of a playstation that is similar will occur. Is there any possible way to get my money back?
