Hi,
I have just purchased an item. I then recieve an email from the seller that I have not payed for my item. oever I have made payment. The seller then informs me that I have ordered 2 of the items.
I did not at any time select 2 items. The item was a buy now, then I was asked to confirm, then to pay pal to pay for the item.
Why is it possible for this to happen? It is confusing to me and I would say time confusing for the seller, as well as inconvenient.
It would be good to get an answer to this.
