eBay blocks payment

 eBay is pressing me to pay for an item but blocks payment as seller does not post to PO Box, which I did not spot in time. Cannot get a response from seller who shows as based in China but listing said Sydney, pretty shonky. eBay also threatening to list me as Non Payer.

If the seller will not respond just wait till you get the notification that you have received a strike for non payment and then contact ebay and explain what happened.

They usually remove the strike especially if it is your first offence.   It does not have any effect on your buying if you only have one strike.
