i bought an item but i wanted to buy two of the same, but i hit buy it now accidently then because i wanted two i went back to the start and bought another two items(which i should have only bought 1 more) and paid for the two,a couple of days passed and i got an email from ebay saying pay for item,then a few more days pass and i get an unpaid item strike,so i contacted seller and explained what happened and he assures me he didnt put a unpaid strike against me and could i try and remove it,which i cant so i contacted him again and he said he would remove it but to date he hasnt,what can i do?
