Are there any fees when buying items with a debit mastercard on ebay (without using paypal)? If there is, how much is this fee?

There should be no fees incurred by a buyer when paying for items, but you would need to find a seller who accepts merchant credit card payments.
Why not use the card to pay via paypal, that way you have buyer protection should anything go wrong. plus it costs you nothing for that peace of mind.
