Hi

Could use advise since I cannot see how to get ebay involved,  I purchase 2 bottles of perfume from a seller on the 8th. VERY cheap , thinking maybe she got as gift and did not like them .  Then I  noticed she was a new seller  with no previous sales selling several bottles of perfume   5 bottles of white linen , 5 spellbound etc. all at around $30-40

I have sent several messages to seller with no reply

Requested  tracking numbers  since i purchased 4 days ago  still no reply.

I suspect these a knock offs  added to the seller lack of communication .  How do i get my money back .

Had I noticed there were several bottles I would not have purchased as that alone would have set of bells. 

a new seller , selling high end perfumes  at way below cost price

any advice would be appreciated

If the item does not arrive you can open a case for INR; if it is not as described (not genuine), you can open a case for INAD, but you will need some proof that it really is a knock-off.

There's not much you can do until the items arrive (or not).

When is the ETA for them ?

What is the item number (RHS of the listing page).

If they are knock-offs you will probably have to have a letter showing that from a genuine seller/reseller of the product if you open a dispute against the seller.
