A very common response - or to be accurate non-response from a dodgy seller.
Be very aware that you have 30 days from the final ETA for an eBay case. Do not accept a replacement for a faulty item, go for a refund - there's a good chance the replacement will also be faulty.
When did you buy the item?
Where is the seller located?
Can you provide an item # ?
I hope you can still open a case (you have 30 days since the last day of the estimated delivery). If not, I hope you used PayPal to pay, as you have 180 days since the date of purchase to open a case.
When a seller is unresponsive, it is useless to keep contacting them. Maybe a second time, just in case the first message got lost, but that should be it.
