hi i receive an email from ebay but dont understand could you please be kind and explan it to me see i dont know somethime ago i bouth a chain saw and this guy have a problem with pay pal , so i email him saying as soon he resolve the problem with pay pay pal i will make the payment emediately.

i was not ready to make a payment by credit card , cheque because i was not sure if i 'was going to get the goods .

so please if i have done something wrong could you please let me know ASAP
