hi, how to I report the conduct of a vendor I can't find the link to the dispute resolution centre and I don't think that's even the right place to go as I don't have a transaction number as the vendor "pulled a swifty" and I want desperately to bring this to ebay's attention as I feel certain their actions would not be allowed?
