I have just sold my car on auction and have now received a pathetic excuse from the highest bidder stating he will not be purchasing the vehice. I have sent out second chance offers to my next highest bidders but these rarely work. How can I leave negative feedback on this time waster as when I click feedback, because he is a buyer, I can only leave positive feedback ??? Surely this is not right ?
