I purchased an item and opted to pay on pick up at the time. My sellers circumstances changed where I need to have the item picked up by a third party and payment needs to be redirected to pay pal by me for buyer protection

Does anyone know how to do this

If you get the item and it is not as described then you can NOT open a dipsute for item not as described as you have no buyer protection with paypal on pick up items.

Unless you can get it and inspect at pick up then ask if they will cancel the sale.

You purchased on the condition you could pick it and pay then so the seller is changing things now and that is not your error.

If you really want to purchase and pay with paypal then that is your choice.

You would need to get the seller to resend a new invoice so you can then pick paypal to pay with.
