After having a problem with a seller that went on for 2 weeks before being tired of the whole thing I gave them a negative feedback. Now 2 weeks later they have come back to me and the problem has been resolved. Can and how do I reverse the feedback to a positive for them.

You have to ask the seller to send a request to revise feedback.
If the seller offered a refund, replacement or what ever do not change the FB till the agreement is in place.
