this person sent me a message today telling me she accidentally bid $250 dollars on one of my items this person was actually supposed to bid $25 dollars I have no idea how to cancel the bid

You've only been a member for months yourself, yet you state any 0 feedback members will have bids canceled. Wasn't it nice of all those other sellers to give you a go at the start?
You should also learn what can and can't be sold on eBay.
