The seller has not sent a product in over 5 months

the seller has not made good with refund in over 2 weeks

what do i do now?

Did you escalate the dispute to a claim to get the refund?

It is not an automatic process and will time out if not escalated.

Un;ess the estimated delivery date was a long long time off when you bought, it is pointless to contact ebay now as you are well out of time

If you paid by PayPal, you have 6 months to open a dispute there

I can only assume ypou have already checked the original funding source for the refund?
