how do i get the distance in klms of an item from my location to come up automatically

How do I get the distance in klms automatically everytime everytime I open a page eg looking at cars my postcode is 2000  the item automatically 600klms from my location......used to happen and was very helpful rather than opening the page   ???? thanks

Click on More Refinements on the left hand panel and you can select Location distance and postcode.

Or

Use Advanced Search (to the right of the blue Search button) and scroll down to "Items near me" and enter distance and postcode.
