I have recently purchased an item which was advertised as 'guaranteed delivery by....' but the product did not arrive until 4 days after the delivery date. The seller has responded that 'delivery dates are estimated only' despite the listing saying otherwise and despite current listings for the same product indicating'guaranteed delivery by...'
What can be done to recompense me, or alternatively to stop this 'false and/or misleading' advertising.
