how do l make a complant about a non received order please

on the 17/7/2019 l brought a AdultsTricyle Single Wheel Bicycle 700 7 speed through REMOVED order was comfirmed the number was 1113 .l paid $89.00 + $38.11 total cost $127.11. l have contacted them several times and asked to let me know what has happened to my order as yet they have not replyed to any of my emails .as lm only on a pension this is alot of money to loose. l have been waiting very paitionly for this order now  its nine months and l havent heard anything can you please investergate and let me know threw my email address  ,l also lefted this email address for the compiony to contact me,, thank you Lynn
