I follow the directives of Ebay, and send email to this seller, always with the same answer, be patient, I paid for the item the01/03/13 and now it is too late for a dispute. now, the seller is not answering my emails anymore, I know I probably lost my money, but I want to be sure this seller can't reap of anybody els. so my question is: how can I report this seller now?
If you funded your paypal payment with your credit card, contact your bank and request a charge back.
You could send one last message to the seller,
Dear XXX, As I have not received a reply from you regarding my item number xxxxxxxx not received, I have spoken to my bank and they are awaiting my instructions to instigate a charge back, as my payment was funded by my credit card, so if a full refund is not received within XXX days I will have no other choice than to proceed, be aware that the bank will impose a fee for the service which you will incur,
I look forward to a prompt refund in full to avoid any further unpleasantness and additional costs to you.
