i bought an item from overseas seller and my item have not arrived

i bought an item from overseas seller and my item have not arrived ive emailed the seller he said the item was sent this is back in october 2020 and i have still not received it . Australia post said it has not come into Australia at all its 09/02/21 and still nothing now all i want is a refund i cant seem to get any help from ebay there got to many qestions to answer if only they had a phone number it would help alot now i feel like i have no item and no refund cheers joe

To add to lyndal's post, DO NOT close the case until you have full satisfaction, the seller may try to tell you that they can't refund until you close the case - A LIE.

Don't accept the promise of the item being resent, get the refund.
