i bought an item from overseas seller and my item have not arrived

i bought an item from overseas seller and my item have not arrived ive emailed the seller he said the item was sent this is back in october 2020 and i have still not received it . Australia post said it has not come into Australia at all its 09/02/21 and still nothing now all i want is a refund i cant seem to get any help from ebay there got to many qestions to answer if only they had a phone number it would help alot now i feel like i have no item and no refund cheers joe

You have been on eBay for a very long time, have you never had to open a dispute for item not received?

I think it is too late for a claim via eBay now, but you can claim through paypal if that is how you paid but I wouldn't waste any more time

Way to late to give them feedback (which is horrible anyway) but even if you could, by threatening them with bad feedback in an email would get it removed by eBay if they complained.
