i can't purchase anything from my shopping cart I get: Something went wrong

Just trying to purchase all items in my shoipping cart.

and i get: Something went wrong. Please try to check out again. 

Error codes: 70245 70350 70438

any ideas? (same thing happened yesterday, so tried again today but still no luck.
