can anyone help, i purchased an item over 4 weeks ago, have not received item. sellers states that they have posted via standard postage, they are going to the local post office and put in a complaint, how does this help me, i paid for item and have lost out.please help.

Hopefully you paid by Paypal so your payment will be protected. If so, dont miss the deadline for filing a dispute.  You can open one now, and then escalate by the due date if the seller does not refund.

If you paid by other means then unfortunately you have no buyer protection.
