Hi,
i put in a best offer on an item and the buyer did not respond,i have now put in a second offer,as you are only allowed to make an offer three times if i put in an offer a third time because the buyer still does not respond then i wont be able to put in another offer,i dont think that is fair if the buyer is not replying to my best offer,and the previous best offers i put in should not be counted as offers due to the fact that the buyer is not replying !
