Open  case with eBay's MBG when you are within the time limits.

Have you contacted the seller and explained the problem?  When was the purchased and when did it arrive?  Nobody here can help as it is a member to member forum.  Ebay do not read here or reply.  As already suggested if time frame OK open a dispute.  FYI an order no does not help here at all as we have no idea,
