I keep getting messages from Ebay reminding me to complete my purchase, but I can't because the seller hasn't included the shipping costs, which is the sellers issue to fix not mine. I have contacted the seller twice with no answer. If the seller is not going to quote the shipping cost then I am not interested in the item. How do I resolve this?
