hi,
i have recently raised a missing item request from a seller due to the item having not been received for over a month past expected delivery date.
i can see through tracking that the item was out for delivery but was never received on my end.
the seller responded that i should get in touch with ebay global shipping and ebay in general to sort it out
i have reached out to the postal agent on my end and raised a case with them
i guess my questions are where else do i need to raise a case? it's confusing when the item is shipped through ebay global shipping, through pitney bowes as well as australia post global
is there anything the seller could/should do to assist with this matter? they seem to keep putting the onus on me to sort out

Once the item has been received at the global shipping hub in KY the seller has nothing more to do with it.....they cannot do anything to help you find it now.
You need to deal with the GPS now.
