E bay do not care about purchasers as their site keeps sending me back with no alternative. I have tried repeatedly to contact e bay regarding this to no avail. They have not even has the decency to advise me if my item was sent or the whole order disappeared. 

Do not trust this website anymore.

When did the final ETA expire ?

Did you open a case with eBay's Money back guarantee within the timeframe ?

If you did, did you escalate the dispute ?
