parcel has been transferred to FEDKEB

I have a parcel comings with the Global Shipment; acording to the tracking info "This parcel has been transferred to FEDKEB for delivery to the final destination" on Friday morning, so I would imagine they will try to deliver it today.  Does is it mean that it will be delivered with fedEx?  What happens if I am not here when they come? I have to go out today.  

I am never again buying anything that is being shipped with this service; it took 10 day to get ffrom NY to Memphis and cost me as much as the express parcel that got here in 4 days!

Recently puchased 3 items from 3 different US sellers that used the Global Shipping Program nearly 2 weeks ago. The items haven't even left the US. What a f@#$ing joke this program is. I will never buy from a seller that uses this progam from now on. NEGATIVE POSTAGE FEED BACK WILL BE GIVEN TO THE 3 SELLERS.
