paypal returning package

I have made a claim, esculated to a dispute in which i won and had to return the product in order for a refund to occur with tracking information. I have done everything paypal has asked but the package was not accepted by the seller and is now en route back to me. I believe this is because the seller lied about there address as they stated they live in australia yet the package was sent from indonesia. I was wondering what happens now? I have done everything paypal has asked and am now starting to need the money from the refund.
