Hi - I received replies from helpful members telling me that I would receive the formal - no refund email from ebay - rec'd today, it is very disappointing. I just went to leave negative feedback to the seller on the iem 151629008497 and it says the item already has feedback left, but the feedback I left does not show!!! Of course the seller has left fab feedback for me. Does anyone know if a seller can block a buyer from leaving negative feedback??
