possible postage problem with UK seller

Purchased boots from UK seller. On the listing it showed postage GB 4.00. I think maybe the seller mistakenly put the local UK postage rate as when I went to PP to pay it said purchase can’t be made as seller not put postage for my area. If you look at listing 290938105148 it is now showing “see details” at postage area, but on the original listing and in ‘my ebay’ it shows GB4.00. Maybe seller is avoiding me because she has put too low a postage rate and knows she can’t change it?

seller said the boots were very light-weight so I genuinely assumed that was the correct amount for Oz postage but seller is avoiding me. Have sent several messages explaining I can’t pay until PP checkout postage changed, but getting no reply. Unfortunately buyers can’t cancel a transaction so I guess I just wait for response from seller?

As it is an OS postage sale then the seller would need to enter the postage amount unless the add stated posts worldwide for the amount shown

The listing is not showing any postage but says to contact the seller for postage.

If the seller will not send an invoice with the postage costs and will not answer your messages then forget them and move on.

Nothing more you can do.
