potential Scam/incorrect listing on ebay

Hey everyone, I bought this supposed ultrasonic cleaner When i got it and started usig it it was way too loud so i opened it up and there was no speaker to make sound just a motor with a small weight attached to it.

I thought I was wrong, so I looked it up. Am i not aware of something or  is this a scam/false advertising.

Did you open and follow through with an item not as described dispute if what is described is not what you got?

A chance you take when you buy rubbish from sellers in China who have rubbish feedback

If you buy something so 'cheap' from a seller with so many red dots in their feedback, you are sure to have issues

Expect to pay 10 times that price for a cheap one and a lot more for a decent one you can use regularly.
