Brought 2 google home speakers that were listed as instock and in NSW with express post delivery, but which have a procesing time of 21 days. which i thought must have been a typo. been a week since the products were purchased, and sent message asking why they haven't been sent yet. messaged them that there was an error with there shipping times, as i could get it quicker oversea's. i asked for a refund if it was going to take that long. and told them that i didn't believe they had the stock in austraila. they didn't respond to that questioin other than stating the time. i have brought 2 other prevously from diffent sells with espress post and got them in 2 days. this was false advertising and im not ok with it will close my ebay account if not sorted. if they list as in stock, an in NSW and express post all to make me think it will be quick. what can i do.

You need to work it out with the seller and it's possible they have been posted but as you suspect from China or H.K.
If they have not arrived by the estimated delivery dates then you can open a case for INR.
I would never have purchased from a seller with feedback like that. Atrocious.
