re cancel transaction

Hi i brought an item the other day but because the seller sold it to cheap he emailed me and said item was broken, so wouldn't sell it to me he has now opened a cancel transaction case.

Can i still leave feedback if i respond and cancel what happens now, i know he is going to relist it as soon as i cancel it.

Yes you can still leave feedback if you agree to cancel but I would decline it and leave a neg.

Why should he get the fvf refunded for not following through with the sale.

Was any proof sent to show it was broken?

He is going to relist no matter what you do.
