Hi i won an item but when Austion was over seller said item didnt work, but in his descrition it says perfect working order, so he sent me a cancel transaction, i declined because i new the item wasn;t broken he sold it to cheap,so tried to get out of it, next day i get an email this is what he said.

I left NEG feed back, now he is trying to make me remove the NEG feedback ebay have sent me an email about removing neg feedback i have paid for tem but haven't had one email back from him any thing i can do
