l bought a big bore kit of ebay it arrived missing parts. l sent it back  the seller says they have refunded me but there nothing at pay pal not even when l bought the kit this is what ebay says The seller refunded AU$138.98 to your orignal payment method in paypal  transaction 2E950000TY926905H there is nothing even when l click on the link at paypal it saysthe page doesnt exist please help
