bought a bike jacket according to their measurements , way to small ,got in touch with seller same day as arrival , they said send it back for another one but wanted photos of return postage reciept etc and i had to pay return which i did but funny things started to emerge ,when tried to send though ebay messages ,message went through but server would not except photo , return address was different to the one on parcel i recived , ph num on parcel was non existent/disconected ... how long from arrival of jacket to reciving the replacement should i give them as naturally they wont send the replacement before reciving the one i sent back .. ie what would the timeline for putting in a complaint be and who would the best one be -- ebay / paypal/ card company... just want to be prepared as they seem highly sus with only a 3 rating
It's always best to do the return in an eBay case. Unless you know the seller well.
Once a case is opened, the seller then needs to provide a postage label for it's return if they are in Aus.
That way it is sent to the address instructed by the case.
Now if you open a case, do you have online tracking to prove it was returned delivered ?
